If this is selling because of disappointment in yesterday's announcements, how come it didn't gap down to this level? Why did it just sort of roll over and fall after the opening? How much more "news" premium is left in the price, do you think? And how can you tell that it's not caused by the patent issue?

Jon:
How dare you wax skeptical about the greatest market timer of ours or any other time? Like
Chip said, in his own humble words, (read his earlier post) nobody can time the top all the time,
not even someone as great as himself (or words to that effect).

You are right, we will get some after the fact claim of closing his short at the bottom--but in this case,
Chip also forgot to tell us he even went short. He has been talking about it since the stock
went to 26 and beyond (about two weeks ago) but I don't recall him saying he had gone short for sure
or at what price. I might have missed it, but if he did not disclose it, he can give us an after the
fact doubleheader---opening and closing his position.

CJay
PS--its pretty obvious by now he only posts to get a rise out of somebody--we should all just ignore him.
