Dennis, of course you CAN'T tell that it is due to this or that news event.

I just think that the patent is meritless, and would have very little effect on Creative in any case. This is not a key feature for Creative, they could just switch to Microsoft's software (and let THEM battle Aztech) (if they aren't already just using Microsoft's software) and the legal bill isn't likely to break the bank.

Short-term traders typically do NOT trade on the open, but will wait maybe 1/2 hour to gauge the market and the stock before making a move. This is why I think it's more related to disappointed speculators who bought yesterday hoping for a Monday-afternoon Comdex announcement.

Where is Wannabe and what happened in that 4:00 conference yesterday?

I may have missed it in ann earlier post, havn't looked.

Wannabe probably trashed the CREAF booth and made it go down.
