Traditions over there may take a long time to change. The question for us is how long is it gonna affect the market here. HWP is holding up well in spite of missing expectations. The DELL bull starts sweating soon, with earnings coming out on the 24th. That bull sweat is some slippery stuff, isn't it? I about choked on my INTC bull sweat, and am still recovering today, Ouch!
