I have spent months reviewing the posts on this thread and have continued to be impressed not only with the quality of information, but also the generosity with which it is shared. Thanks in advance to all who contribute, and to those who may opt to respond to my question.

I was conversing with a hedge fund "friend" of mine this morning about another y2k stock we follow, and decided to introduce TPRO to him . . . see if he had heard of it, had any opinion, etc. He had indeed heard of TPRO and had a few concerns. One, and the basis of my question, was that TPRO's CD/Alliances reminded him of Unisys/DDIM(?). He claimed that, after much fanfare, Unisys and DDIM had foreseen great demand for their CD and were accessing large client bases expecting thousands of units to sell at approx. $5,000 per. Last quarter, they had sold 2,000 for $300 apiece . . . quite the opposite from the proposed cash cow they expected.

Will we also find TPRO's CD to be skin and bone, or do we have the fatted calf? Is this a valid concern, or do we/you really feel these relationships will actually result in sales. Forgive my ignorance of any other Unisys/DDIM details and, as always, thanks for your patience and input.

Accelr8 has joined the company - very good! Accelr8 is a very high rank Y2K player. The only one that's missing here imho is KEA.

Viktor.

I just had a conversation with Scott Liolios, who BTW is always generous with his time. Wonderware is currently certifying 1,000 systems integrators to do y2k work. These systems integrators are vendors of Wonderware and will be potential franchisees of Topro or will be licensed to use Topro's technology. This is one answer to the shortage of engineers, some of these are small companies with 3 or 4 people, but think of the impact of that many systems integrators out there using Topro's product. Even a small percentage would be great. I think this is important---as far as the Red Chip review---the company has to incur significant expenses to gear up, I would be more concerned if they were turning a small profit with little expenditures toward the y2k portion of the business---this will carry over to the core business after y2k. If I have to wait 6 to 9 months to score a homerun then so be it. I like the base we're building now, lots of accumulation in the 6 range---I'm buying every time I get my hands on extra money. Patience is our friend, impatience is our enemy. Jan
