We know that you believe you are superior in your own mind...you really are a great person...it is just that you are full of it...btw, you have been posting to everyone. You have a problem with the truth... Kenneth, I almost always agree with what you have post. I guess you and I have had a broader experience base of working with individuals who have had less resources that we do and we have empathy for the less affluent as well. Age does have its benefits-it provides wisdom from those experiences.

Sorry Paul, but I hit the recommend button by accident.....but as my hispanic friends (none of them knowing anything about being born with a silver spoon in any orifice) like to say..."mas viejo, mas pendejo".....which also applies to your last post. For you to think that you and kenny have the empathy market cornered on this thread is a riot......for many of us this deep concern is just new "code words or phrases" to make any excuse for the major and easily discernible flaws in government to continue to grow larger.........teach a person to fish and they can feed themselves for life.....teach a person to apply for food stamps, welfare and any assistance easily available and as likely as not, you will get a lazy s.o.b. wondering who is going to give him something else down the road. No one here that I know of has a problem with the truly disabled, orphans and elderly getting help.....but most of us have a real problem with trying to grow the dependent class for political gain.

I have siblings who have been living off of welfare for 25 years. I grew up in a "less affluent" home that had "less resources". The difference between me and my "poor" siblings is that I decided that I wanted to take responsibility for my life and that I was willing to work hard to have a decent life. Maybe the reason you have more empathy (really sympathy) is that you only saw the surface. You see that they have fewer resources and are less affluent and therefore they must be victims of rich people. What I see is that they made decisions that have kept them less affluent and now the liberals want to reward them for their bad decisions. I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior. If you don't see that there are huge numbers of "poor" people who are gaming the system then you are blind. You should watch the documentary of a West Virginia poor family. "The Wild & Wonderful Whites of West Virginia". They are very happy with the government support that they receive.

I have found it is a waste of my time to responding to locogringo, lorne, tonto and tideglider, therefore, I have ignored them on this site so I can spend more time on productive items. Is being productive talking to kenny instead, and telling him how smart and great you are? Make my day, and pretend to not see this, and ignore me. Get some help.
