It is too bad to hear that BORL is buying VSGN. VSGN is a company
which never made a penney before. BORL needs to pay $150 million for
a company revenue of less than $20 million and lost more than $10
million each year, why? If BORL stock price was at $80, I can
understander it. I have held my borl share for 2 years. I thought
the stock will run up $20 in one year if BORL will not do crazy
stuff like this.
Keep in mind that BORL was dropped down to $5 due to acquire OPEN
company. At that time BORL was making money also. But BORL started to
loss money after the acquiraction. I am dumpping most my shares at $10.43.
