So then, his university transcript is VERY indicative of his IQ. Why am I not surprised?

He seems to be very undisciplined...or an even bigger redneck than bush was...if he keeps saying dumb things he flames out...that's my prediction...

Given some of the stunts he's pulled, its surprising to me that he's still popular in TX. Apparently, they don't expect much from their governors.
