<How can any intelligent person take the man's market-timing seriously anymore? The mind boggles.

I think it continues to be brilliant. The long term timing model is essentially either bullish or bearish. It remains bullish. There will always be corrections and some will go over 10% and generally end up with an extended bottoming promise leading to a final retest that should still be in the area of the correction bottom which in the current case was put in on 8/8 at S&P 1119 or 1101 intraday.

The retest yesterday within 2% of the low came only 10 days after we put the "benchmark" low in. Once we go over a 10% correction it more often than not takes longer to play out with a lengthy "testing and probing" and often final retests often occur in the Oct-Nov time-frame.

Since the bottom will still be in the same general area and we could have had an adequate retest which could be the last one, the market is a buy here but Bob may want to give it more time to play out since that's usually the case. If we plunge way below the 1101-1119 area on a sustained basis we'll be in a bear and you can put party hats on all the bears and other bees and suck on honey at your I hate that incompetent disreputable wretched lying pathetic disgusting, hideous monstrosity of a humanoid Bob Brinker party..

Honey, if you consider Bob to be such a loser, why have you doggedly obsessed over him for the past 15 years?

Cheers!
