I saw that and loved it. The old Democratic mantra is not working. He could not defend having a super majority and no budget.

i saw that interview. although i have no sympathy for charlie rangel about anything given he should be in jail and not re-elected to his house job, but laura did not let him say more than about 10 words before interrupting him with a comment or another question. so it was like laura lobbing grenades at him before he could make any point whatsoever. i do hope they can do an hour long interview sometime as they both agreed would be a good thing. that would be interesting to watch. (and yes, it was good to see he had no defense for no budget and nothing to show for the two years with majorities in congress and the presidency in dem control.)

I just watch Laura Ingraham reduce Charlie Rangel down to a quivering mass of jello. She did a great job.... He wouldn't answer a simple yes/no question without meandering all over the place. I agree with Congressman West, the black caucus is more responsible than any other group for keeping blacks on the plantation. The new plantation is the inner city......

That was a thing of beauty. She was like a young, lithe boxer who came in knowing the old con man's MO. She punched him into a corner and down on one knee. He wasn't begging for a chance to answer a question, he was begging for a chance to squeeze his tube of Brylcreem greasy charm to change the subject. He even tried to tell her that she's a beautiful women so she would back off. Laura wouldn't let him get the cap off the tube. I hope their next debate takes place in his jail cell.
