But one cannot tie Obama and the Tea party together, that would be illogical. We will vote for Obama, but to not analyze him separately from the Tea party would be to not address reality. Don't blame the left for the state the country is in. Blame Obama. Had Obama governed like he campaigned I do not believe we would have seen the loses we dems had in 2010. And had he hired and listened to the best liberal economists we would not be in the economic disaster we see. He has been using the wrong economics. The right wing had been destroying the country and the "New Deal" since raygun in 1980. The Republican party has been a blatant tool of the corporations and very rich. Pretty easy to see. Obama was elected specifically to stop the Republican's. Instead he has placated them from the very beginning. I saw tonight on Jon Stewart we are 64th in the world in income disparity. Right above Rawanda and below Uganda! The bottom 50% have only 2.5% of the countries wealth. That has been caused by the rich beating up the middle class and taking their money away e.g. union bashing. The simpe truth, which we liberals recognize, and many refuse to recognize, is that Obama campaigned on a platform to fight the plutocrats and return the country to the people. Like TR and FDR did. He simply has not done that or even tried. The country is in deep trouble and it doesn't help that Obama placates those who are destroying it. We liberals are just trying to figure out what to do. Things are not OK Chinu. And Obama's style of governing is not OK, especially given the Tea party.
