Cents, There clearly have been shorts on OZON. I don't know the exact short interest at this point but the following link can be useful. webbindustries.com As I said before, I don't like to call for my certificates because usually my positions, with the exception of OZON, are only a few thousand shares. I try to not keep them more than a few days and when the certificates are requested several days can be used up in transit, at least when the trading is done through online brokers. But, everyone has their method and there is certainly merit to the procedures you use. ANd as I said before, the larger positions will have a greater impact than the smaller ones. Also, I should add that the shorting activity will pick up considerably as the share price raises, say to 5+. At that point requesting the certificates will really draw some attention when the short interest is high.

SHORT INTEREST SITE: viwes.com will give total short position for given month on nasdq stocks, also check out the top 20 list there. Note the huge jump in shorts from sept to oct....wonder what it is now?? Bill Monier
