Hey Nevada, read this article on CKB from July. It will be a closed-circuit mill with NO heap leach and NO tailings pond. Do your dd guys. It's a keeper.

Been there done that. The laws are no more stringent than Nevada, Arizona and other more friendly places (read the technical report on the Oregon laws on the website). Oregon has the perception of being difficult which is why they got this property in the first place rather cheaply. They are targeting the 400,000 high grade ounces initially for operations with no cyanide. When you see the grades they pull, depth won't matter LOL.
