Eric, I too was disheartened to hear that Japan really won the war, and that Iraq also won the war, that we now live on sufferance from our arab and asian masters, so I did something about it. Click, new time line, we won, Japs toast, and lets have the USSR collapse and go capitalist and give HK back to China, but stay capitalist. Great machine this. Bill

Sorry, Im not buying the canadien connection...even Vancouver exchange wouldn't clear that story! Will concede that CIA probably tells as much bullshit as KGB.....but also read Janes, Discover Channels "WINGS" and History Channel special.....they will be first to point out american aircraft aren't always superior technically, BUT training, Tactics, and support is VASTLY superior and prevails.....Hell, the P-51 was junk before they put the Merlin in it....But I'd rather own a Jag with a Tuned-Port Chevy conversion....But give me an Me-109 or FW-190 anyday....Germans were also first to use Nitrous in the 109's to catch or evade an enemy....the engines were spectacular 0 tolerance in rings and they screamed.....read sometime about Gallands manuevers he invented....his own peers were disbelieving until they saw him in action....especially on Russian front with odds of 4-1....he would shoot 2 or 3 and the others took off running.....all tactics defensive and would set up offensive roll....if they were on his tail, did an inverted stick down and to right roll back 1 1/2 neg G's....he would even say don't get into a turning race with a Spitfire Anyhow, it's like giving a Ruskie an F-1 car, and Villenueve a go-cart Villenueve will win because of training and using his machine to optimum performance....Ruskie will crash it or break it.....nuff said
