KMT,<Simple question,> Thats what I thought. Are common shares that are put into certificate form considered part of the float or not?
I thought they were but gary said the float changed when people called in their certs.

I put a call in also. If they don't get back to me today, the receptionist said she would call me back with the info. I asked about current outstanding shares, cur Form 144 shares, cur other insider shares, cur float, and when the financials going to be released. She said there were already two others that had the same questions. :-) Will post when I get information.
