Neither do mine Dave. Joe can be very obtuse and confused sometimes; maybe it suits some purpose, whatever that may be. I wonder if he knows. Your questions seemed clear enough to me. Perhaps Xecom's setting up a scenario to blame brokerage houses for failing to notify shareholder/clients when Xecom sends out notices of the meeting a day in advance. Then again, this may be only the inherent suspiciousness of a lawyer. Wes P.S.: Then again, it might be nothing more than Joe having extra liquid refreshment at lunch.
