Targeting of the EPA rules will turn this country into a Third World country whose waters and air are polluted and people die like flies due to water born illnesses and diseases. The challenge is to create jobs while at the same time maintaining the quality of life. The Republicans are not upto that challenge and sometimes I wonder if they even have the skills to formulate such a policy. After all their Congress folks are elected from low income, less technologized states. People in these states are not called upon to solve complex problems as part of their daily lives. hence they cannot think brightly and it shows in their choices of their Congressmen.
