BC, it doesn't matter. The supreme court is controlled by the corporations by one seat. If Parry or Romney beat Obama the corporations will likely gain one or more seats and that is game over. The supreme court can only be overruled by congress and we have seen how the Republicans have tied everything up. So congress is impotent to check the supreme courts excesses.

Roberts was the brains behind the Florida steal. He said: "we can get away with it". Scalia was the gang leader. Roberts was then rewarded with the chief justice seat.

So no matter how crazy the supreme court gets congress will never be able to check them. But if Obama wins reelection one of those fat fxxks is likely to die or have to quit and that takes us back to 5/4 and we can undo citizens United.

I understand your frustartion. Obama turned out to be just another politico. But he will do the right thing if it doesn't cost him. Putting decent people on the surpreme court doesn't cost him. But if we do not change the ppower in the supreme court all you will be doing for theh rest of your life is howling at the moon.

Because the surpreme court will work to consolidate the power of the corporations and there will be no one to check them. To make matters worse I am convinced 4 of the 5 corporate justices have sociopathic personalities.
