I really have no confidence in Obama putting someone sane on the SC. I see him pre-gaming the (R) objections, compromising to meet them, and finally picking someone the RIGHT will accept, who will just be another agent of the corporatocracy.

Besides, it's the sane members of the Supremes that are most likely to be retiring.
