I just disagree.

I hear what you are saying, but I think this decision was unconstiitutional and so detrimental to our democracy they will change it immediately. Sort of like Dredd Scott.

Obama has spoken on how serious he thinks this is. In fact it was when Alito shook his head at the state of the union speech.

If the balance shifted with a new appointment and a similar issue came up again, the liberals would be very unlikely to reverse Citizens United outright. They would be much more likely to narrow the holding in a way that took most of the teeth out of it.

That's generally how they do things.
