Wrong! It starts with the NASD (National Assn. of Securities Dealers). They then move to the SEC and start to move in on the dealer and the people that they employ. It is the self-regulatory agency to police their own instead of the government doing it for them. NASD deals more with personel problems. Sec deals more with actual stock problems. From the things I have seen working here, probably both are involved and to that end.....things will not get very pretty for those involved from here on out.
