If Boeing's union employees aren't losing their jobs or being harmed in any way, there is no act of retaliation.

Except on the part of the NLRB. They're slapping Boeing for building a new plant in a right to work state. And doing harm to the current and future Boeing employees in SC.

what union employees were hurt by their move to SC. None were fired, they are all new employees
