"That's how we do things in this real, non-internet fantasy world. Ed"

Ed, There are few corporate - or for that matter large personal transactions - that someone cannot try a new interpretation of old law just to see if it will fly. My understanding of law is that is all about precedent.

Our nation is hamstrung by creative members of the legal profession trying to create precedents.

I have no skin in the Boeing game. It is just amazing that a president every 6 months has to decide jobs are his number one priority. If anyone truly believes that - I suggest counseling. Obama is all about changing America to his vision of what it should be. The fact that jobs are not appearing is simply for him an unfortunate unplanned circumstance that is wrecking his plan. He has only a year left to implement his vision of change - and he is in a hurry to get it done before he needs to find a new job. All his talk about jobs is simply smoke to enable the agenda to continue.
