You rock! It does sound though like the Federal Govt. thru its safety regulations has really made your business secure. I'm not with the unions on this one and on lots of issues. However, I am for having unions. We just need to make them be reasonable--just like we need to make capital be reasonable by requiring safe mines. The safety requirements for mining should be passed on to the consumer in the form of higher coal prices. That's society's cost for having safe work environments. Very informative and interesting post though.
