That's a value judgment I'm not prepared to make. More importantly, for the government to make it is diametrically opposed to every concept of "freedom". Their "freedom" should not cause a burden to everyone else...it's fine...they can be free...free to not expect that they will be cared for when they go to the hospital for care.... The only "value" present in that state of affairs is the cost of their freeloading on everyone else in the system... Al
