In my book you would need both if you were ever going to get things under control in an honest way (not that that's what I expect from pirate nation, but just for the sake of argument ...)

I've got a feeling that some of your ridiculous projects and programs would be among my favoured ones, and vice versa ... how we going to resolve that, if not by 'democracy'? Just let the rich decide, as Follies would have it? (And of course they already do, in reality ... they "own the place", as Senator Whatshisname said last year. But just for the sake of argument ...)

Entitlements? That's a pretty pejorative word, especially for SS, which people paid into all their lives ... I'd think they'd be entitled to get it back, no?
