Alberta would be well advised to first set up lemonade stands in parts of Canada which suffer from similar employment problems as the US does.

It’s this old thing about getting your own house in order before cleaning up someone else’s.

I think many of those workers are have job will travel. Long ago and far away refinery turnarounds used to attract workers from all over to Ohio.
