I must of been asleep to miss that one! That was an excellent insight on determining the possible price movement of a stock on expiration day. As covered call writers that should be one of the stats we are aware of in order to make better decisions and more profits.

Have you ever noticed that the open interest can change on any given day and yet the volume figures can read zero (0). I have assumed that those tranaction were entered by the market makers. Thus, it does not count as a volume value. Can anyone comment on that or confirm?
