Canada needs to import more Asians. I would give every native that looks like he is going to go on a crime spree $200,000 on the condition he revoke his Canadian citizenship and move to Nicaragua, the receiving country would also get a $200,000 bonus. I would offer the same deal to everyone in prison. I would bring in boatloads of Chinese and Koreans and give them a $200,000 bonus upon arrival. The short term dilution to the money supply would be worth it.
