Why? <I would bring in boatloads of Chinese and Koreans and give them a $200,000 bonus upon arrival.> They are not clones. If you don't select good ones, you will get not so good ones. What you got already is because of selection processes which aimed to get good quality migrants. You'd be better to sell tradable citizenships which would mean not having to pay anything to get good quality people. Immigrants would pay money and become a profit centre, and they'd be pleased too as they could make money on their citizenships. Mqurice
