I have never met a community organizer.

I have not lived in a community that needed one.

Why would there be the need for a community organizer?

What kind of neighborhoods have them?

Are we talking about high crime areas with high unemployment where municipal government is either inept or incompetent? The whole concept sounds like a third world country.
