Why do we have a MLK day but not a 9-11 Day? National Holiday.

A day of morning, a memorial day - but never a holiday.

Any country that has to crawl around on it's belly to pacify a petty 13 percent of its dumbest inhabitants is f*cked ten ways from Sunday and deserves to fail. -ng-

Maybe someday a new generation will learn from that mistake and permanently correct the issue. -ng-

I think a better question would be why do we have an MLK holiday and no president has a holiday? I know we have President's Day, but not one president has his own day by name anymore.

Any one of the Founding Fathers is more important than a womanizing plagiarizer, but they don't fit the color template.

It should be treated like December 7th, a day of remembrance and mourning... but, so soon do people forget unless it effects them personally...
