No. they round-filed that idea. Obamacare is you being forced to buy heavily regulated private insurance. Same with Medicare. If you are 65 and don't join Medicare and don't have health insurance as least as good as medicare, you will be penalized for every month you don't join the system. You can then choose medicare advantage programs which are offered by private insurance in the form of HMO or PPO. Maybe the terms are different, but you call it a cat or call it a pu$$y, it is still a cat.
