It is certainly worth discussing. First question is what work would they do? Would unions object? There should be a supervisor who mentors or counsels each participant. The main objective is to get the participant out of the program and into a real job. If we decide to try it I would start with a small pilot program for five months.

Why would I want to work any harder than you? You don't do anything at all but flap your jaw all day long, and you still milk the system dry.

If it's good enough for you, it's good enough for me. Just cough up your profits to the government or charity, and let me know when they are flush so that I can collect.
