ElM, "The West" might be "declining" depending on how you measure "decline" but that link to "The East" is useless. I guess we aren't declining as fast as they are failing to catch up. indianexpress.com

The West is not declining. Things are getting better at staggeringly stupendously great speed. Just mobile Cyberspace for example is making leaps and bounds.
