John, I have forwarded your concerns to The Populist Cytologist for their comment. John I have followed your posts on the NPTH thread. Hasn't NeoPath done joint studies with Cytyc hoping that the NeoPath product would be use to complement the ThinPrep? How do you suppose the laboratories are going to afford the additional cost of both the ThinPrep Smears and NeoPath Primary Screener if it gets approved as a primary screener? Cisco
