Union or no union? And if no union why not as Public employee Unions are legal in California? And if Union why is this assign anywhere thing in the contract?

The money reality is what the majority of teachers don't have that you do. I also have a similar situation and so my mind is able to be very clear and open to knew ideas and research. It's a feeling of freedom to do exceptionally well.
