Wow! Didn't see this one coming, especially when they had pretty much agreed to merge with WSTL. However, on the bright side, WSTL's relationship with TI leaves the door open for TI to acquire WSTL. But then, at the same time, they may already have acquired the WSTL knowledge through AMTX and screw WSTL in the process. Given the fact that the big guys are buying up WSTL's competitors, maybe it's best that WSTL sell itself.
