Walter,

I was thinking just the opposite! I want to sell my WSTL and buy Amati in hopes that the price will be bid up by one or more other companies.
Does anyone really KNOW if this will happen? I wish we had some real information. If we did, we could make a quick 50% if the stock eventually goes for $30/share.

I thought that WSTL/AMTX was a "done deal", also. WSTL is back to the price it was last August 18th before the WSTL/AMTX "deal" was announced!

It is a real dilemma. Does anyone have some alternative near-term strategy on what to do?

Amati is sitting rock solid at $19 11/16. Apparently no one else thinks a counter offer will be made and a bidding war will ensue.
