Joe: The main negative for Westell are the patents, but 14.8 million goes along way for paying for licensing fees down the road. Westell will pick up a few of Amati's customers... (ie) BCTel. Westell can manufacture and sell the Amati product line. Amati share holders get $20/share with Westell getting Amati's product line, it's customers, 14.8 million in cash, and it's continued DMT assistance Not a back deal for Westell... until later.
