what other insiders are capable of holding shares besides Morgan and Brenton(?)
PS: I believe all they have to do to sell is register the shares, I believe, 30 days in advance-check the 144 filings

KMT
Morgan has said that the 144's are 'pre-split', out in the open since last April/March last year....144's are used to pay back loans, etc. Why don't you just wait for the financials......And Ditch, Tell me one-time, in all seriousness, when Kuglers' claims HAVE EVER BEEN TRUE!!, gotta get to work!!, Pugs

Sorry KMT. The Neys have ruined their crediblity with us longs. We will not believe any of them when it comes to company information including possible phone conversations with the company. They have never had anything positive to say. They will go to all extremes to slant any truths because of their heavy short position. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure that one out. Holding strong. Will not sell and give in to the Shorts. Goooooo Rmil !!!

Schedule 13D

This Schedule discloses beneficial ownership of certain registered equity securities. Any person or group of persons who acquire a beneficial ownership of more than 5% of a class of registered equity securities of certain issuers must file a Schedule 13D reporting such acquisition together with certain other information within ten days
after such acquisition. Moreover, any material changes in the facts set forth in the Schedule generally precipitates a duty to promptly file an amendment on Schedule 13D.
The Commission's rules define the term "beneficial owner" to be any person who directly or indirectly shares voting power or investment power (the power to sell the security).
Interpretive Responsibility:
Division of Corporation Finance - Office of Tender Offers

Kevin, first of all, let me thank you for the phone calls and effort you are putting in to this plus your neutral position taken.

With that out of the way, the question I have is not particularly at you but for all is - if there are only 800,000 shares locked up by insiders, and the entire shares outstanding is 3.3 million, leaving 2.5 million in public float, and assuming the foundation has what, 2.8 million so far, what difference does it make about the 144 shares?

Sure it makes a difference as to the timing of the squeeze, but it still would happen, would it not?

However, one factor that could make a difference is the release of more shares above the 3.3 MM, something Morgan stated he would not do. If that were done, yes we would have a problem IMO. And then the 9 MM in the RMCW/OVIS merger does have some area for fudging also.

Time will tell, and patience now is a key for those long on RMIL.

Thanks again,

-Ken-

Kevin Tupper has a very gifted online persona. He comes off as a really, really reasonable and well intentioned guy and then if you follow his posts, they go from informative and well-sourced and gradually become edgy and pretty middle-of-the-road nayish. I remember him from StarTronix and SYCR.
