I'm pretty sure Gresham's Law says you'll be able to get a hell of a lot of wood chips for gold at that point. <g>

As for confiscation and suchlike though, yep, there's the rub, you might only be able to use it in black markets unless/until the surveillance state totally breaks down ...

Yeah, got more of a problem with gold trading higher
than Pt, for now. Confiscation is not in the picture.
