"I support the "Buffet rule," for those making an annual gain of over $1,000,000 per year as their contribution to reducing our debt."

How does this "Buffet rule" as you and Limbaugh call it actually work? I haven't seen the details in writing yet so I don't know if if I support it or not. Please explain.

"My only question is whether OBama will hold to his statement that he will veto any bill not balancing the budget along with revenue increases. If he does not he will probably lose my vote."

Ok lets assume the committee of 12 sponsors such a bill and passes both houses of congress. The president vetoes it. What happens next? Do the automatic cuts across the board effecting all items in the budget kick in moving us towards a balanced budget. Isn't that what was agreed upon in the legislation increasing the debt ceiling.
