Twist will hurt banks' NIM (Net Interest Margin). Banks will need to take more risks with their lending or their profits will suffer. And if Europe implodes, they will revisit their 2009 lows. Siemens pulled its cash from French banks a few days ago. Then yesterday, Lloyd's of London did too. A bank run is not hard to start.
