Z, seems like the Solyndra execs may be guilty of grossly exaggerating their projected revenues. That's probably the most benign reason for pleading the 5th. There may be more, though, but I wouldn't expect anything else to pop out.

On a different but related note, it's funny how gross exaggerations of the future could lead to prosecution and/or civil lawsuits in the private sector, but when it comes to politics, it's par for the course.
