or

Are we back where we were before the Westell deal?

The next offer we get, if there is one, I think I'll jump on.

My broker doesn't understand why they didn't wait until Jan., for tax purposes.

If Amtx earnings come out soon and are considerably worse than expected the 20.00 price may be very good near to moderate term. Remember WSTL had to quickly loan AMTX 5 million. In addition, a worse than expected number from AMTX could have dragged WSTL down substantially making the WSTL offer really pathetic.
