Good lord Jim what happened to this board? Anyone here a post crash RE opportunities capitalist? It is what the creators of the 'Ownership Society' would have wanted....lol

McMannis has a special preoccupation with all things Mexican. It dates back a few years. Besides, McMannis is mostly an investor these days........not necessarily RE. At least that's what he posted to me a while back.

John. Before the crash everybody was looking forward to making a killing on some post-crash bargains. Now there are bargains, but everybody is bust.
It is those Russians and Brazilians getting the bargains and buying up all the prime estates, at least down in your neck of the woods :)
