Someone sent Sinclair's comment to Fleck. He thought it was ridiculous.

I think all of the conspiracy theories regarding the CME trying to manipulate markets are ridiculous. I don't know the answer to this, but I'd guess that margins on silver and gold aren't a whole lot different in percentage terms from when they were $5 and $260, respectively.

CME will prolly require 150% cash. But Dubai and Hong Kong won't, the CRIMEX will be finished before this is over.
