OT: On AAPL; I wonder how much money they make from selling music (and other razor blade like products) as opposed to selling hardware like the iPod or iPad?

I can't fault shorting an overvalued stock for any other reason than it's still so damned popular for the big fund guys.

Why pick AAPL when you get huge percentage drops out of so many other lower priced stocks after a rally in a downtrends. There is no downtrend in AAPL and the overall market is still bouncing off support.

If it breaks down bad enough then it will take AAPL down some too.

Ultimately AAPL will fall out of popularity and Jacob will be right. Heck AD would have been right about AMAT too given a long enough time frame. That's one of the things Jacob has always done right so far; Limiting the size of any trade to just a small percentage of his available cash so even if he is wrong the chance of a margin call is very limited.
