Yes it is subject to change if there is a higher offer from anyone. As a matter of fact many people, including me, have speculated on a higher offer and have bought shares as well as options. I bought 5000 shares at 19 11/16 and have an order in for 100 dec 17 1/2 calls at 2 5/16.

Just a little note to all you option holders out there:

Unless you're going to be voting for approval with your shares; don't sell your options back to the MM's if you'll be getting scarcely more than commissions.
When calls are sold back to them, it alleviates their need to hold stock as a hedge -stock that will be needed for approval!
