John: IMO there are,"insider shares" which have to file form144 to sell-these would be officers; common shares; 144 restricted shares;and (I'll throw this in) 144 restricted that have been converted to common,which obviously are common now; and possibly Reg S shares(the company hasn't stated in thier filings that these have been converted). The big question,how many of each? DD

John, I spoke w/ Morgan this morning. He informed us, before, that the 144 issue was pre-split, been in the market since March-April last year, also that alot of those shares went to pay back loans. The new financials come out in 3 weeks and Morgan said that they are being prepared to withstand "microscopic" scrutiny. John, I respect the way one invests is warranted by your comfort-zone. I'm very confident in this venture. I believe w/ the 10million cash infusion along w/ the merger announcement in 6-9 days, along w/ receipt of our certs , this investment should prove a worthy one. I'm still awaiting a post where someone can furnish an example where Kugler was correct, Palco?..uh, no......TA....uh, no.......Chills.....uh, no......Still waiting, best to you John, Pugs
